Subscriptions

Our core product, BotRunner, offers two subscription options: Locations and Call Centers

Location

Intended for retailers, restaurants and similar, intended to represent one or more physical locations. You purchase one subscription for a set of locations, which allows you to run one single BotRunner for any number of storefronts.

All documentation, instructional videos, onboarding help, email and phone support are included with your subscription.

This pertains to all things BotRunner, such as, call and message support. For more in depth help with fine-tuning your bot, or if you’re looking for more of a hands-off solution, we also provide consulting.

Helping Hand

Here at Veloquix, our goal is to empower companies to build their own bots. While we believe the documentation and tooling we provide can give you what you need, direct assistance from the experts in a tool never hurts! If your organization is just looking for a little guidance and help, we're happy to provide access to our team of support engineers.

The support tiers below provide a specified number of hours of pair programming/videoconferencing sessions with one of our engineers and/or any research or behind-the-scenes work done by our team to build a PoC.
