How It Works

Whenever we receive a call or text message on a number that you register through Veloquix, we send you a message via a webhook; the URL for that webhook is set by you on the Veloquix platform. You can then reply to that message informing us of what to do next:

Our goal with BotRunner is to enable you. BotRunner focuses on communication, allowing you and your team to build your bot, to your specifications, written in your programming language, and deployed at your command. In other words: you own your bot. Not us. The reality is, every company is a snowflake. No vendor, no WYSIWYG application, can accurately capture the particular needs and challenges in your organization, and the best you can really achieve with vendors is "good enough".
