We’re still in late alpha/early beta with our product suite, so the self-serve sign-up processes aren’t quite ready. In the meantime, you should contact us – we’ll be happy to discuss your needs and pain points, and see if we can help you.
Each product page has more details, but here’s a quick reference to give you an idea of what signing up for each product looks like.
Simon Onboarding
To start up a new Simon service, we would have a short conversation to learn exactly what you want to achieve with a call answering service. This is mostly about what questions to ask and which features you want to enable, and will take no more than an hour. Our typical turnaround time for enabling your Simon application is 24-48 hours.
BotRunner Onboarding
With BotRunner, the goal is for you to build it yourself, and that makes signing up very easy! We’ll schedule an hour call with you, and during that time, we’ll secure a couple of phone numbers for you (one for testing, one for production), point the numbers to a test service to verify everything is functioning, and you give us webhook URLs to use, and we can have you up and running at the end of the phone call!
BotBuilder Onboarding
BotBuilder, as it’s a fully custom service, requires more initial prep work. We would have a discovery call with you to understand what you’re looking for with a bot and what systems you’d want to connect to. With that in hand, we’d spend a couple of days doing research to understand the complexity and feasibility, and come back to you within 72 hours with a quote.
During onboarding you can expect a couple of requirements gathering sessions to finalize details and one final sign-off meeting. At that point, it’s off to the races! Depending on complexity and integrations, we can have your bot ready for testing in as little as a month!
