Can I keep my number?

In most cases, yes! We’ll be adding pros and cons to keeping your number to this page soon, so you can make a more informed decision.

So this is expensive, right?

Not really! Take a look at our Pricing for details, but we’ve been laser-focused on ensuring our products are accessible for every business. Simon is available for only $90/mo. and includes 150 free minutes and 50 SMS messages. BotRunner is even cheaper at $65/mo.

What is Veloquix?

Veloquix is a startup founded to make telephony and customer interactions better. Throughout our experience with CX automation, we found poorly served customers and badly underserved markets. The industry is rife with slow development cycles, poor implementations, and wasted money, and that’s for the companies that can afford access to automation in the first place.

Here at Veloquix, we’re looking to solve that. We want to get better tools into more hands. Spread the information and understanding of how to talk to users and get information, and how better to serve people. Enable smaller businesses to automate phone calls so they can focus on the real work.

We want no one to ever have to press ‘0’ or scream ‘agent’ ever again.

CX? CX Automation??

Like every good industry, we needed a nice jargon-y word that no one outside the field has ever heard. CX, or customer experience, is about how you craft the journey a customer undergoes as they hit touchpoints in your product – the sales cycle, normal usage, but especially the help and support phases.

CX Automation is just the industry term for what happens when you let a computer (“bot”) take the first stab at helping out the customer, getting some initial information, handling a few of the easier tasks like changing an address and so forth.

What can it integrate with?

That depends on the product or service you chose. For the BotRunner and BotBuilder, we will need access to their API, so please reach out! We’ll do the best we can.

What’s required to sign up?

We’re still in late alpha/early beta with our product suite, so the self-serve sign-up processes aren’t quite ready. In the meantime, you should contact us – we’ll be happy to discuss your needs and pain points, and see if we can help you.

Each product page has more details, but here’s a quick reference to give you an idea of what signing up for each product looks like.

What languages are supported?

A lot. Our first version can fully support English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Hindi, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and Turkish.

We have partial support for another hundred languages or so. If you have a specific need or interest, tell us! We may be able to help.

Is this just for phone?

Not at all – from the outset we’re also fully supporting SMS and partially supporting MMS. We emphasize voice because it’s the hardest to do right – we believe that if your platform supports voice well from the start, everything else will fall in line.

BotRunner is intended to be a fully omnichannel product. Webchat and email are the next priorities, and social media will come as soon as possible. If you’re looking for a channel we don’t support yet, let us know! Our priorities will always adapt with those of our customers.
